G.Odgarav named Best Journalist 2014 G.Odgarav, Journalist at GoGo.mn during the ceremony

G.Odgarav, leading journalist at GoGo.mn, became the Best Journalist of 2014, prestigious award from Mongolian Journalists Union.

G.Odgarav is one of the leading journalists at GoGo.mn and has worked with us five years. She is the proud owner of the "Gan Uzegten" (Steel Pen) award and she was behind over 700 publications in year 2014 alone.

She was part the Mongolian Journalists exchange program in South Korea organized by Korean Journalists Union. She has worked total of 10 days and came back with interesting correspondence on life of Mongolians in Korea, Mongolians excelling at medical sector and service sector.



G.Odgarav pursues her carrer in investigative journalism and has published number of reports and correspondence touching the pressing issues in the society. Her determination to go through anything till end had led to multiple successes media can achieve in bettering the society.

Series of reports on Orgil Mineral Water Therapy center, reported on the construction work permits issued by City Government, which put the Orgil mineral water spring at danger of pollution and moreover extinction, had led to the termination of the construction permits at the protection zones of the Orgil spring.

Moreover, her journalistic works touched issues related with tap water quality in UB city (14 reports), land issues of school No 52 (3 reports), insurance market pitfalls (3 reports) and funeral land issues (3 reports).
