Mongolian Trade Union is holding trilateral negotations with the Government for Solution on salary, wages, allowances and dowsizing, which started earlier this week. During the agreement, Ministry of Labour who played role of the Government expressed that pension and benefits can not be increased and the state employees will be downsized. Thus, Mongolian Trade Union has rejected the proposal and announced to demonstrate at Chinggis Square tomorrow.
10,000 workers including teachers, doctors and representatives from cultural organizations will participate in the demonstration. Workers union representatives of medical, education and cultural fields met yesterday and established temporary headquarters, which is to strike jointly further. If trilateral agreement won`t be approved unions will start joint strikes as well.
