City council made discussion to change the working schedule of kindergarten, government organization and universities in order to reduce traffic jam in Ulaanbaatar speciallty, in the morning.
- Universities operating in Ulaanbaatar is to start at 07.40am.
- General Education schools and kindergartens is to open at 08.00am.
- Work hours of State organizations, ministries, Government agencies and City Government agencies is to start at 08.30am.
The new working schedule will be changed from Feb,16.
