B.Baatarkhuu, Head of Media Center at the Police General Authority made an official announcement on the forceful disruption of the hunger strike and taking the protestors for treatment, today.
"Health care organization concluded that the seven striker`s health condition was deteriorated and it may threate their lives. Governor of Chingeltei District made decission to compulsory treatment. Therefore, Police Generel Authority worked for protection by order.
One of seven strikers was not there when we arrived. We presented conclution of health care organization to six strikers and they voluntarily sat in medical car and went to hospital for treatment.
NGO members disassembled a ger and took away to the possession. There were no conflicts even no misunderstanding. Officers from first division of Chingeltei district were involved in night operation. Traffic Police Department worked for regulating the traffic.
We worked for showing support to compulsory treatment based on conclution of Health care organization. We did not force and we did not use violance as mentioned in social media.
Strikers voluntarily sat in medical car and went to hospital for treatment. One striker who were not present, P came to the hospital at 03am for treatment. He explained that he was at his home."
