Z.Enkhbold met with PM Shinzo Abe

During the meeting with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, Parliament Speaker Z.Enkhbold  expressed his gartitude to Mr. Shinzo Abe on warmly welcoming the delegation and emphasized that Mongolian people and the government highly appreciates for the people of Japan on helping and supporting the Government, democracy and reform of Mongolia from the begining. 

Further he emphasized the significance on the initiative of  Abe's proposal as important and high valued, which is to have significant effect on economic cooperation between Mongolia and Japan and noted that The State Great Khural had approved the economic partnership agreement signed by Prime Ministres  of two countries and expressed his hopes that the Parliamnent of Japan will be approve it soon.

During the meeting, PM Shinzo Abe noted: "Japanese investors are interested in investment to Mongolia. Thus, I hope that you will emphasize on improving investment environment. We are grateful that the State Great Khural had approved the economic partnership agreement.

Our Parliament will work to approve it in near future. The frequency of high level meeting between Mongolia and Japan is the guarentee of close cooperation and relation. In addition, 69th Yokozuna Hakuho M.Davaajargal broke all time sume record. We hope that he will exceed the previous achievement."

Parliament Speaker Z.Enkhbold requested to support the Japanese companies, which are interested to participate the Eastern Railway project.

Moreover he noted that Nipon Steel had expressed their readiness to supply the steel rails. 40% of unprocessed cashmere of the world is being produced in Mongolia. Only 10% of cashmere is being processed. Therefore, Mongolia would like to utilize Japanese technology to process all cashmere and supply with quality value added products. 

MPs N.Battsereg, S.Batbold, D.Gankhuyag, J.Batzandan, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Japan S.Khurelbaatar, Advisor to Parliament Speaker A.Gansukh and other officials were in attendance.
