B.Javkhlanbaatar, Head of Investment Agency was ordered to hold negotiations with the investing party on the concession agreement to improve the 260 beds hospital building under Ministry of Justice property listing yesterday during the Cabinet meeting.
While Minister of Industry D.Erdenebat was ordered to ensure the negotiations are in accordance with legislation and the concession agreement draft is discussed by the cabinet.
The studies for the hospital deficiency have been conducted in regards with the population growth, density, availability and quality of medical services and disease occurence to improve the policy on public health services.
According to the studies it has been estimated that 12 hospitals with total 2555 beds need to be constructed by 2025 in Ulaanbaatar city alone.
