Tomorrow, April 2, Mongolian Economic Forum 2015 will have its opening ceremony and is to continue for two days. The Mongolia Economic Forum is to be held at the Government Building and is committed to improving and creating common concept to accelerate development of Mongolia by organizing discussions between the business and political leaders, civil society and scholars. According to the AGENDA of the Economic Forum Minister of State M.Enkhsaikhan is to deliver speech on the Super Cycle: Rich and Poor during the event. We are delivering short interview.
-Which aspects should be discussed more during the Mongolian Economic Forum this year as it is being organized during the period of economic downturn?
-Study and analyse the policy mistakes of the past and direct to the right path.
-What is your stance for this years's forum?
-I will concentrate on how Mongolia lost its chances for the super cycle and how to be prepared for the next super cycle, which is not on the horizon for the next ten years.
-How would you rate current economic situation of Mongolia? Are we at the edge of the cliff or we have already faliing down the cliff?
-We are at the edge of the cliff. We are facing the question whether we can get away from the cliff or think of the ways to land safely.
