City Government and the Asia Foundation have signed Memorandum of Understanding on December 15, 2014 in San Francisco, USA.
Within this framework, City Governor Office and The Asia Foundation of USA signed Memorandum of Cooperation on developing strategic plan of green development in UB city.
Ecology and Green Development Deputy to Governor T.Bat-Erdene from City Governor's Office and Country Representative in Mongolia Ms. Lindberg from the Asia Foundation have participated in the signing ceremony.
In scope of the memorandum three directions will be implemented:
- Development of the Strategic Plan of Green Development in UB city
- Implementation of projects and programs to support green development
- Northeast Asian cities Mayors' Forum in Ulaanbaatar in September 2015 under the theme of "Urban Green Development"
