Mineral Resources Authority openly announces companies owning mineral resource licenses in its regular report of effective special licenses.
Last announcement was made in 2013 and there are 454 foreign invested companies as of today. Majority of them is Chinese invested. Interesting fact is that a company registered in British Virgin Islands owns numerous licenses.
Additionally, as of November of 2014, 2751 mineral resource licenses are effective and 1381 of them are mineral exploitation licenses.
