Price for 3 room apartment drops by 11.8%

We deliver you the prices for old housings in Ulaanbaatar city as of September, 2015.

According to the research conducted by "Master Properties" LLC:

• An average prices for 1 room apartment is at MNT 60.2 million
• An average prices for 2 room apartment is at MNT 94.1 million
• An average prices for 3 room apartment is at MNT 128.0million

Compared to August, prices for 1 room apartment is increased by 4.3%, 3 room apartment is increased by 0.1% and prices for 2 room apartment is decreased by 1.6%.

Compared to the beginnig of the year (2015), prices for 1 room apartment is dropped by 9.7%, 2 room apartment is dropped by 9.6% and prices for 3 room apartment is decreased by 11.8%.

An average prices for rent 1 room apartment is at MNT 456.2 thou., 2 room apartment is at MNT 587.0 thou. and 3 room apartment is at MNT 807.1 thou.

Rental priced the highest at Suhbaatar district while the lowest at Songinohairhan district.
