Compared to the beginnig of the year (2015), prices for 1 room apartment is dropped by 9.7%, 2 room apartment is dropped by 9.6% and prices for 3 room apartment is decreased by 11.8%.
An average prices for rent 1 room apartment is at MNT 456.2 thou., 2 room apartment is at MNT 587.0 thou. and 3 room apartment is at MNT 807.1 thou.
Rental priced the highest at Suhbaatar district while the lowest at Songinohairhan district.
