ASEM Security, Protocol and Immigration working group--headed by D. Dorligjav, Minister of Justice, held its regular meeting today. The working group discussed security, protocol and its necessary equipment, visa issuing and border access arrangements.
Border troops will serve as security staffs during ASEM 11 Summit and training for border troops have already begun.
Working group to issue visas to 4000 delegations will be established. Also the ASEM delegations will be exempted from visa fee and their visa will be issued at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and border crossing.
Justice Minister D.Dorligjav assigned members to organize safety training to volunteers to work for official side evets during the 11th ASEM.
