9th Asia-Europe Parliamentary Partnership (ASEP 9) meeting, one of the side events of the 11th ASEM Summit, will be held in Ulaanbaatar on April 21-22.
B. Boldbaatar, Secretary General of the Parliament Secretariat and head of the working unit of the National Committee and B. Bayasgalan, the Deputy Chief of ASEM Office of Mongolia made press session today on the preparation for the ASEP 9 meeting.
More than 250 delegations from 51 countries is expected to arrive in Ulaanbaatar during ASEP 9 meeting. Preliminary, parliament heads of three countries and deputy heads from six countries have announced their attendance.
Two plenary sessions in politics, economy, social and arts will be held during ASEP 9 meeting.
In scope of ASEP 9 meeting, great hall of Parliament house and meeting halls are being repaired and latest simultaneous interpretation equipment is being installed.
