Hogan Lovells organizes Women Empowerment training in Ulaanbaatar

Within the scope of International Women’s Day, a global law firm “Hogan Lovells” organized professional training event under the topic “Women leadership and communication skills” yesterday.

Opening speeches were given by Her Excellency Catherine Arnold, Ambassador to Mongolia from United Kingdom, and Christopher Melville, a Managing Partner of Hogan Lovells office in Mongolia.

The training was facilitated by Teresa Woodland, a trainer and management consultant at international consultancy company Madston Black. She has 25 years of experience in professional executive coaching, having worked in world famous McKinsey and made significant contribution in opening the company’s offices in South Korea and China.

During the event, participants and facilitators shared and discussed the many challenges women face in society and the ways to overcome those obstacles. The training touched the fundamental 3 areas which all women should work on to develop the necessary skills in order to succeed in business and career.
