Belarus wants to expand cooperation with Mongolia

Delegations led by D.Zagdjav, the president of Peace and Friendship Organization of Mongolia have paid working visit to Minsk on Apr 8 at the invitation of Mr. Maksim Misko, President of the Peace Fund of Belarus.

They have laid flowers to the Victory Monument dedicated for World War II heroes.

Following the Mr. Vladimir P.Guminski, Vice Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus, received Mr. D.Zagdjav, the president of Peace and Friendship Organization of Mongolia.

During the meeting, Mr. Vladimir P.Guminski noted that opening of the Belarus embassy in Mongolia was the significant event to develop the cooperation and relations between two countries. We consider this event as a main theme for intensive development of bilateral cooperation.

Last year, the State Great Hural focused on developing the cooperation and relations between the two countries and established Mongolia-Belarus parliamentary group.

Mr. D.Zagdjav, the president of Peace and Friendship Organization of Mongolia expressed Mongolian interest on many products of Belarus including equipment for urban development and heavy trucks and machinery. Also they exchanged their views on bilateral economic cooperation as well as mutually beneficial sectors.

Mr. Vasili A.Shved, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Development Bank, received D.Zagdjav, the president of Peace and Friendship Organization of Mongolia.

They introduced the operation of Development Bank of Belarus and expressed their interest to cooperate more broadly with Mongolia

During these meeting, Belarus side expressed their interest to develop economic sector cooperation with Mongolia.
