Government of China sends first batch of aid supplies for the upcoming 11th ASEM Summit in Mongolia. The aid receiving ceremony was held at Chinggis Khaan International Airport.
Mr. Gao Hucheng, Minister of Commerce /MOFCOM/ of the Government of the People's Republic of China and Mr. Purevsuren, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia as well as other officials were present during the ceremony.
The first batch of aid included 15 fully equipped trucks for road maintenance, 11 trucks & equipment for airport emergency service, 1 fire truck and some police gears and uniforms along with traffic police safety equipment.
Next batch of aid will be supplied in May and specialists from China will visit Mongolia to ensure the reliability of equipment and gears as well as hold training sessions on assembling the furnitures & equipment for the ASEM hotels.
