All of the seven laws which are to be the core reforms in the legal sector almost have been completely passed in parliament, said D.Dorligjav, the Minister of Justice, at the “Hour of Minister” weekly meeting held Friday.
He said a final discussion will start soon to review the draft law on prosecutorial body and authority of implementing of court decisions. Apart from the bill, parliament already passed the laws on the service of law enforcement, on procedure of criminal cases, on conflicts and on crime which will come into force from September 1, 2016.
The Minister reported that the cabinet adopted last week a resolution on some measures to be taken in the General Authority of Archive, therefore the archive organization will move into a new building and will be equipped with the latest technologies.
In accordance with the new law on law enforcement, the training program of the Law Enforcement University was upgraded, so professional policemen will be prepared through two-year course. Moreover, a program was adopted for the School of Administrative Officials for Police and Law Enforcement Bodies, Dorligjav said.
