The Governments has decided to stop the "Good Fence", "Good Students", "Good Herders" and "Good Shares" programs due to it violates the law on budget stability and law on debt management.
"Good" programs have started to be implemented since Apr, 2016 and its financing sources were not reflected to the State Budget 2016. As of today, total of MNT 596 billion was spent on the programs which had been implemented to win most votes of election.
Also, the Government has assigned Minister of Finance, Minister of Education, Culture, and Science to draft the Government Action Plan 2016-2020 and State Budget 2016 in accordance with the law of Mongolia.
