The appointment of ministries was as follows:

- Minister of Mongolia, Head of the cabinet - G.Zandanshatar
- Minister of Environment and Tourism - N.Tserenbat
- Minister of Defence - N.Enkhbold
- Minister of Foreign Affairs - D.Tsogtbaatar
- Minister of Finance - Ch.Khurelbaatar
- Minister of Justice - Ts.Nyamdorj
- Minister of Social Welfare and Labour - S.Chinzorig
- Minister of Education, Culture and Science - Ts.Tsogzolmaa
- Minister of Construction and Urban Planning - Kh.Badelkhan
- Minister of Road and Transportation Development - J.Bat-Erdene
- Minister of Mining and Heavy Industry - D.Sumiyabazar
- Minister of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry - B.Batzorig
