Minister of Foreign Affairs D. Tsogtbaatar is attending the 24th Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Ministerial Meeting in Vienna, Austria, which is taking place from December 7 to 8.
Foreign ministers from 57 participant states and 11 Partners for Co-operation will review 2017 and address regional and global political and security issues. Foreign Minister D. Tsogtbaatar delivered a speech on December 7, and highlighted that cooperation is a priority for economic relations, sustainable development, and combating terrorism.
He spoke against the EU's inclusion of Mongolia on its blacklist of non-cooperative tax jurisdictions. The foreign minister also held meetings with his counterparts from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Hungary, Russia, Austria, and Romania; the OSCE Secretary General, and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization Director General.
