Foreign trade turnover reached USD 785 million in January 2018, a 14.7 percent increase compared to the same period of last year. Foreign trade balance surplus resulted USD 62.7 million. Total exports amounted to USD 423.8 million, of which 83 percent has been accumulated from minerals, while precious metals export formed 6.4 percent. Around 88.5 percent of exports were transported to People’s Republic of China, showing 1.2 percent growth and surpassing USD 360 million.
