President Battulga receives chairman of government of Russian Tuva republic

President of Mongolia Khaltmaagiin Battulga received today Mr. Sholban Valyerievich Kara-Ool, Chairman of the Government of Tuva Republic of the Russian Federation, to discuss about cooperation.

Mr. Sholban Kara-Ool thanked the President for his time. Chairman of the Tuvan Government Kara-Ool expressed interest in intensifying bilateral cooperation in areas of road, transport, trade and economy.

The President of Mongolia inquired about the progress of the Kyzyl-Tsagaantolgoi railroad which is a part of the northern corridor of the rail route discussed during the meeting in Vladivostok last September. The dignitaries also shared views on exchanging direct flights.

The sides further discussed about strengthening regional cooperation and building more effective ties, and agreed on the importance of activating interactions between businesses and the peoples.
