Window cleaning businesses expand with the construction of new buildings

High-rise window cleaning services have been growing in conjunction with the increasing number of high-rises and glass office buildings going up in Ulaanbaatar.

Sky Professional LLC reported that the market for window cleaning services amounted to 350,000 square meters four years ago.

As of 2018, the market has doubled. Following market growth, there has been visible progress made in  the technology, equipment, and human resources being employed by local window cleaning companies. Buildings of more than 5,000 square meters account for 80 percent of the market. Depending on conditions and required equipment, window cleaning costs range from 1,000 to 5,000 MNT per square meter.         ​
