On July 31, Minister of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry, B.Batzorig received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary from Hungary to Mongolia, Gálosfai Mihály together with Head of Division at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Hungary, Adam Szucs. During the meeting, the parties signed a memorandum of understanding on increasing the production capacity of BioKombinat with a 25 million USD soft loan from Hungary.
The construction of a plant extension is expected to be completed in 1 to 2 years. It is projected that the BioKombinat plant will produce 15 million to 20 million dry veterinary dosages and 10 million to 15 million liquid veterinary dosages per year following the completion of its extension.
