On August 19, a State Emergency Commission working group led by Deputy Prime Minister U.Enkhtuvshin visited Arkhangai Province, which has been hard hit by numerous natural disasters this year.
Ambassador of India to Mongolia Suresh Babu, who accompanied the working group, announced that the Government of India will provide 20 million USD in financial aid for disaster recovery efforts. Additionally, ten English teachers from the province will be able to take part in free vocational training with assistance from India.
