Most new apartments in Bayanzurkh and Khan-Uul districts

418 apartment projects of 60594 households are under process in Ulaanbaatar as of December, 2018. 94% of total projects is apartments and rest is private houses.

35.8% is standard, 42.5% is medium, 19.3% is business and 2.5% is high class. Price of standard, medium and business classes is stable, but high class increased in August, 2018.

37.4% of total new apartments is located in Bayanzurkh district, over 30% is in Khan-Uul district, and very few projects are in Nalaikh and Chingeltei districts. New trade centers and markets are expected in area of Yarmag in 2019 due to Khan-Uul district is considered as new center of Ulaanbaatar.
