Emergency services on 24-hour high alert during Naadam festival

Lieutenant Colonel D.Khatbaatar, Head of the Disaster Prevention Department of the Capital Emergency Management Agency, has announced that emergency personnel are on high alert to ensure the safety of the public during the Naadam Festival.

From July 10 to 18, emergency teams will be stationed at Khui Doloon Khudag and other key areas to protect festival goers from potential disasters and accidents. Firefighting, rescue, and search units are operating 24 hours a day at both the Central Stadium and Khui Doloon Khudag.

To safeguard citizens during their holidays and outdoor activities, boat and mobile patrols are also being conducted daily from 08:00 to 21:00 along the Tuul, Selbe, and Kherlen rivers.

Additionally, 24-hour camera surveillance has been installed at eight hazardous points along the Tuul River, with visible warning signs posted nearby to prevent water-related accidents.
