International Sports Master at Alpinism, State Honored Athlete, Khovd aimag Emergency Center Trainer and elder sportsman T.Gurragchaa has started his training to climb the Jomolungma Peak in Everest in coming April-May.
He has experience of climbing at high summits such as Khan Tenger peak at borders of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan at the height of 7010m in 1990 and Mera Peak and Lobuche Peak at Himalayan Mountains in 2001.
Jomolungma Peak is elevated at 8850 m above the sea level and there was no history of elder alpinist aged 74 ever climbed this peak. T.Gurragchaa thou is very confident that he can make it to the top.
