The 11th International Congress of Mongolists starts today in Ulaanbaatar city.
The congress is being organized under the auspices of the Mongolian President during Aug 15-18 under the topic of "Mongolian studies and sustainable development".
More than 400 Mongolists from 29 countries are attending the congress.
Plenary sessions of the congress will be held at the National University of Mongolia, Mongolia-Japan center and the University of Culture and Arts.
