Parliament members L.Bold, A.Sukhbat and J.Batzandan are working as members of Temporary committee, established by order of Parliament Speaker, with purpose of resolving decision delivered from Inter-Parliamentary Union on S.Zorig criminal case. In the video recorded in basement of prison of General Executive Agency of Court Decision dated September, 2015, 2 prisoners beat B.Sodnomdarjaa all night and walked him in goose-steps.
Parliament member J.Batzandan: “B.Sodnomdarjaa was tortured for 5 days and officer of GEACD came into room later and beat him. The officer is now under inspection. We considered it is torturing crime”.
Parliament member L.Bold: Also prisoner who committed multiple murders came into T.Chimgee’s room and shouting to confess. T.Chimgee was imprisoned in cold basement room of General Executive Agency of Court Decision for 110 days and she was unable to have shower or change clothes.
