According to ordinance of Governor of the capital city S.Amarsaikhan, parking space in front of Sukhbaatar square was sealed today.
Last week, Governor of the capital city informed that he will terminate ordinance issued to 2.5 hectare land in front of Sukhbaatar square. The land was issued with 15 years term in 2006 with purpose of fountain with underground construction.
The land wasn’t used according to purpose in 2 years after the issuance of land certificate, considered as violating the law. The space has been used as car parking since 2016, and 30% profit was negotiated to Governance of Ulaanbaatar, but no payment has been made. Also, there is information that the land was pledged to bank loan of USD 9.5 million in 2017.
