-The submission of the tax return documents have been closed as of February 15th in accordance with the law. Total of 71,943 individuals have submitted their documents and the amount totals to MNT 44.1 billion.
-According to the experience of last year the tax returns were issues around this time as well for those who submitted their documents before February 1st. When will the tax return be issued for this year?
-For Capital City the tax return will be issued in two phases. For those individuals who submitted their requests before January 20th, will receive their tax returns starting April 3rd.
-How many individuals have sumbitted before January 20th?
-11 635 individuals.
-What about the second phase?
-As of those who applied after January 20th, their requests have not been sent to the State Fund yet, as the Taxation Authority is still in the approval process. State Fund will receive their applications by April 11th and the tax returns probably to be issued by the end of April.
-How about the aimags?
-For aimags documents were submitted to the State Fund. Residents of Bulgan and Bayankhongor aimags have started receiving their tax returns.
-How many instances of the returned applications have been registered?
-Applications of 116 individuals have been returned due to insufficient documentation, out of which 83 have re-submitted their applications and to receive their tax returns in the first batch. As for the rest due to the lack of contact were trnsfered to the second phase.

-Mainly on providing the proof of the income. Individuals who bought housing have difficulty in proving the income sources.
