Customs General Authority reports that as of first 15 days of May Mongolia conducted trades of USD 794.5 million.
Of which USD 241.9 million worth of products have been exported and USD 552.5 million worth of products were imported. The trade balance loss reached USD 310.6 million which is slightly higher compared to the same period of the previous year.
Exports of the first half of May compared to the same period of the same year has increased by 10.1 percent, while the imports have decreased by 14.2 percent.
- USD 112 million worth of copper concentrate
- USD 27.5 million worth of cashmere
- USD 14.2 million worth of coal has been exported.
Imports include 2,153 vehicles worth of USD 23.7 million and fuel for USD 31.9 million. Imports of the fuel has dropped, while the imports of the vehicles has increased compared to the same period of the previous year.
