Prime Minister Ch.Saikhanbileg who is paying a working visit to UK has met with Prime Minister of UK David Cameron, reported by the Press and Media Department of the Government.
At the beginning of the meeting, PM Ch.Saikhanbileg emphasized that the main purpose of the visit is attracting investment and he proposed from the British Government to increase the bilateral investment and to support British companies that operate in Mongolia.
PM David Cameron stated that British Government will expand its economic cooperation with Mongolia and expressed their full support.
Moreover, PM Ch.Saikhanbileg received Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs Philip Hammond.
Mongolian Prime Minister said that economic cooperation needs to be expanded and relations between the citizens of the two countires including cultural relations need to become active. Government of Mongolia is focusing on economy and is working to attract foreign investment.
During the meeting, to increase the improvement of regional cooperation, trade, economic relation, tourism, student exchanges and education cooperation were discussed.
British Government is supporting Mongolia on nominating to Human Rights Council of UNESCO, stated by the State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs Philip Hammond.
