According to the enforcement letter No.: 114 of State Inspector of Financial Regulatory Commission, dated on 05 December 2017, the trading of "APU" JSC will be resumed from 05 December 2017 after listing amendment.
According to the Resolution No.224 of Financial Regulatory Commission dated 24 November 2017, the decision has been made to approve the listing amendment of “APU” JSC for merging with “Evergreen Investment” LLC and increasing its shares by 321,304,553 resulting in 1,064,181,553 shares with MNT0.10 per share.
