The Bank of Mongolia is preparing to implement 11 principles proposed by the G20-Organization for Economic and Co-Operation and Development (OECD) Task Force on Financial Consumer Protection.
The principles include the equitable and fair treatment of consumers; protection of consumer assets against fraud and misuse; financial education and awareness; and the responsible business conduct of financial services providers and authorized agents.
