The Bank of Mongolia issues commemorative coins on the occasions of historical events and anniversaries. This year, Bank of Mongolia has launched “Khalkha river- 80 years” commemorative coin related to celebration of the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Khalkha river battle.
Also silver commemorative coin “Khot Mandal” has been launched together portraying Duinkhor god’s palace.
