Deputy Prime Minister U.Enkhtuvshin is to be Ambassador to France

The appointments and replacements of the Mongolian People’s Party, which won major seats in the parliamentary election of 2020, tend to last until the winter. Elections in rural areas will be organized soon and appointments will continue. Following the parliamentary election, appointments of new Ambassadors will be made.

The president and the government plan to recall Mongolia's ambassadors from some countries in October and appoint new ones. One of them is former Deputy Prime Minister U. Enkhtuvshin. He will be Ambassador to France.

U.Enkhtuvshin graduated from a secondary school in Murun, Khuvsgul province, the National University of Mongolia in 1980, and the Academy of Social Sciences under the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union in 1989. He is a historian and history teacher, and PhD of Historical Sciences.
