  3. Education, culture, science, and IT
  4. Transport, logistics, tourism, and public diplomacy
  5. Regional and international cooperation

As commission chair, Minister J.Enkhbayar aims to strengthen collaboration in transport, logistics, agriculture, culture, tourism, and IT sectors.

In agriculture, the two nations plan to conduct joint scientific and research activities, test early-maturing and drought-resistant Kazakh grain varieties in Mongolia, and facilitate meat exports from Mongolia to Kazakhstan and beyond. In addition, they plan to collaborate on rice cultivation techniques, introduce Kazakh Whiteheaded beef cattle into Mongolia, and share Kazakhstan's experience in crop production.

The two countries will also partner in tree planting and environmental initiatives, aligning Mongolia's “One billion Trees” movement with Kazakhstan's “Two Billion Trees” initiative.
