Public trust and confidence in the media have been declining. When the financial income of a media outlet is heavily dependent on political parties or business entities, there is a high risk that editorial policies and newsroom independence may be compromised. Therefore, having multiple sources of income is very important. Additionally, reviewing and presenting your revenue structure to your readers is seen as another lever for earning their trust.

In addition to openly publishing editorial policy, structure, and ethical principles, sharing revenue model with your readers is also a way to ensure transparency.

Alongside publishing our

  • Editorial Policy,
  • Editorial structure,
  • We are now disclosing our Revenue structure to the public.

As for now, we are sharing the revenue structure of GoGo.mn for the first half of 2025. Moving forward, we plan to provide this information on a quarterly basis.

GoGo.mn, operated by Mongol Content LLC, integrated ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISAS MEDIA 9001 Standard for Media Organizations in 2021, becoming the first newsroom in Mongolia to be dual-certified under these international standards.

Now in our 18th year of operation, GoGo.mn continues to pursue its mission of being a reliable, independent, and trusted news source for our readers. In 2025, we achieved another milestone by becoming JTI-certified through an independent audit conducted by Deloitte Australia, under the Journalism Trust Initiative (JTI) launched by Reporters Without Borders (RSF).

The Journalism Trust Initiative, introduced in 2018, is an international ISO-based standard aimed at strengthening transparency and accountability in the media. It brings together media organizations worldwide to promote independent, ethical, and trustworthy journalism.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our readers who have been following GoGo.mn’s news, reports, and feature content for the past 18 years.

We also thank the businesses, international partners, and organizations who have supported us in delivering quality, independent journalism to the public.

GoGo.mn remains committed to continuous improvement so that we can uphold our role as an independent, reliable, and trusted media outlet for our audience.
