On March 10, L.Munkhtushig, State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs received Artyom Valerievich Oganov, the newly appointed Consul General of the Russian Federation in Darkhan city, Mongolia, and the two parties exchanged views on bilateral relations and cooperation. The State Secretary presented Mr.Oganov with his consular credentials and wished him success in his new post.
V.Oganov, born in 1973, is a graduate of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), where he completed his studies in 1999, and is reported to speak Mongolian and English.
