At the invitation of Speaker of the Parliament D.Amarbayasgalan, Gerard Brownlee, Speaker of the House of Representatives of the New Zealand Parliament, will pay an official visit to Mongolia on August 31-September 3, 2025.
This will be the first-ever visit to Mongolia by a New Zealand Speaker of Parliament. The visit aims to expand bilateral relations, increase the frequency of high-level exchanges and dialogues, and strengthen inter-parliamentary cooperation.
During the visit, Speaker of the Parliament D.Amarbayasgalan and Speaker Brownlee will hold official talks.
Mongolia and New Zealand established diplomatic relations on April 8, 1975, and this year marks the 50th anniversary of diplomatic ties.
