Mobile phone subscribers of four providers are to send text messages to special number 15151111 with their choice of 1 or 2 and no charges are to be applied.
Voting results will be officially announced at 11AM tomorrow at the cabinet meeting. Goverment is to discuss the vote results and to decide, which route to take and will work further on having it approved by State Great Khural.
