L.Oyun-Erdene, the Prime Minister of Mongolia, held a meeting with Sergey Diorditsa, WHO Representative in Mongolia, due to the end of his term of office in Mongolia and expressed his gratitude. During his five years of duty in our country, he implemented major projects in the health sector and supported the policy of the Government of Mongolia.
L.Oyun-Erdene said, “I would like to express my gratitude to your contribution for coordinating the support of international organizations in Mongolia in the difficult task of fighting Covid-19 pandemic, and for protecting the lives of 40,000 people from potential risks”.
Sergey Diorditsa replied, “We have achieved many successes together in difficult times. I am confident that further cooperation will expand. I would like to congratulate Mongolia for working with a strategic vision to strengthen primary health care services. The government headed by you works well on this. Also, the actions you and your government took during the pandemic became a good experience for other countries”.
