Traffic restrictions in Ulaanbaatar during state visit of Australian Governor-General

In connection with the state visit of the Governor-General of Australia and other delegations to Mongolia from September 4–9, 2025, temporary traffic restrictions and regulations will be enforced in Ulaanbaatar.

The measures will affect streets and roads in Khan-Uul, Sukhbaatar, Bayangol, Chingeltei, and Bayanzurkh districts, including Ikh Mongol Street, Olympic Street, Peace Avenue, Naadamchin Street, and Chinggis Avenue.

The Transport Police Department urges citizens to comply with police instructions, respect fellow road users, follow traffic rules, and maintain orderly participation in traffic.
