Ya.Sodbaatar, Chief of Staff of the Office of the President, D.Enkhbat, Secretary General of the Parliament, stamped the State seal on the laws of Mongolia which were approved in 2023.
In accordance with the Constitution of Mongolia, the President of Mongolia establishes the procedure for maintaining the State Seal.
According to the Article 18.2 of Law on State Symbol, “The State Seal shall be stamped on Each page of the original text of the Constitution of Mongolia, and on the first page of the law of the State of Mongolia, the international agreement ratified by the Parliament, and the decision of the Parliament of Mongolia to establish or terminate diplomatic relations with foreign countries”.
Ya.Sodbaatar, Chief of Staff of the Office of the President, noted “This ceremony is a guarantee that the laws and regulations of Mongolia are adhered without any doubt”.
D.Enkhbat, Secretary General of the Parliament, said “The original laws and regulations approved by the Parliament and approved by the President of Mongolia shall be officially stored in the Mongolian State Legal Fund by placing the State Seal on the original laws and regulations,”
The ceremony is organized annually by the Office of the President and the Office of the Parliament.
