L.Enkhriilen becomes two-time Asian champion

The 2026 Asian Judo Championship held in Ordos, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

Mongolian national team and Suld Sports Committee athlete, two-time World Cup bronze medalist L.Enkhriilen defeated an athlete from the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea by penalty in the gold medal match to win the title. Her victory brought Mongolia its third gold medal at the championship.

According to the Mongolian Judo Federation, L.Enkhriilen first won the Asian championship title in the women’s -57 kg category in 2024. This year, she moved up to the -63 kg category and claimed her second continental title.
