The best wrestlers from 20 Asian countries are competing in the 30 weights with three categories: men, women and elite.
On the first day of the competition, 5 Mongolian wrestlers competed; M.Davaabandi lost to Arjun Halakurki of India by 10-7 in the -55 kg weight category and took the fifth place. In the -87 kg weight category, L.Batbayar lost to Sunil Kumar of India by 9-1 and took fifth place.
In the preliminary round of -63 kg, D.Baljinnyam lost to Imam Hossein Mohammadi of Iran by 4:12
O.Suldkhuu lost to Kodai Sakuraba of Japan by 0:9 in the quarterfinals of the -77 kg weight category.
In the quarterfinals of -130 kg, D.Khuderbulga lost to Arata Sonoda of Japan by 1:7.
