Students who met the criteria for the "President's Scholar-2100" scholarship program and successfully completed preparatory courses at the National University of Mongolia (NUM) and the Mongolian University of Science and Technology (MUST) have departed to study at universities abroad.
This year, 245 students are set to pursue their studies in 17 countries, including the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Poland, China, South Korea, India, Austria, Vietnam, Kazakhstan, and Cuba.

Khurelsukh Ukhnaa, the President of Mongolia, attended the farewell ceremony, where he commemorated the national flag and extended his best wishes for the students' academic success.
In his speech, the President congratulated the students for their hard work, the support of their teachers, parents, and friends, and for successfully completing their preparatory programs. He emphasized that obtaining a world-class education, studying alongside peers from diverse backgrounds, and achieving their goals will require their own dedication and perseverance.

The President also expressed confidence in the future generations of Mongolia, highlighting the importance of education, equal opportunities, and a passion for the country and one's profession.
Since its inception, 516 students have been studying in 16 countries under the "President's Scholar-2100" scholarship program. The program, initiated by a decree from the President of Mongolia, aims to increase Mongolia's global competitiveness by providing equal educational opportunities for children and youth to study at the world's top universities.
Implemented in 2021, the program selects the best students from each of Mongolia's 330 soums and districts to pursue their studies abroad.
