President U.Khurelsukh meets Speaker of Czech Senate

During his state visit to the Czech Republic, Khurelsukh Ukhnaa, the President of Mongolia, met with Miloš Vystrčil, Speaker of the Czech Senate.  

President U.Khurelsukh highlighted the significance of strengthening cooperation between the legislative bodies of Mongolia and the Czech Republic, emphasizing shared values such as democracy, human rights, and freedom. He reaffirmed his commitment to enhancing bilateral relations.

In honor of the visit, the Speaker Vystrčil hosted a luncheon for President U.Khurelsukh and expressed his support for expanding inter-parliamentary collaboration between the two nations.

The Czech Senate consists of 81 members, each elected for a six-year term. One-third of the Senate is renewed every two years, with one representative elected from each of the 27 constituencies.
