On December 19, the 27th regular meeting of the Mongolian–Russian Intergovernmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation is taking place in Ulaanbaatar. As part of the session, Deputy Prime Minister Kh.Gankhuyag received A.A. Kozlov, Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation.
During their meeting the two officials exchanged views on intensifying infrastructure projects in the energy and transport sectors, increasing the transit capacity between the two countries, boosting trade turnover and expanding export opportunities. They also discussed elevating technical and scientific cooperation in the field of environmental protection.
